This independent house, with a south-facing panoramic view of the village and the countryside, is located in the heart of a 3,500 m² wooded park with a pétanque court and a swing. You will find on the main level (raised ground floor) an air-conditioned living room extended by a semi-open kitchen, a bedroom (160x200 bed), a bathroom (shower) and separate WC. This level is accessed either by the staircase leading onto the sunny balcony or by the rear wooden terrace. Upstairs, you will benefit from a bedroom for 3 people (3 90x190 beds) and a mezzanine which can be used as a work space (2 offices) as well as a games or rest/reading room (convertible, library). A laundry room will allow you to store your equipment safely (bikes, fishing equipment, etc.). Baby equipment: high chair, travel cot. Towels €5/person/change. End of stay cleaning and sheets included. Reinforced socket for car charging €8 per charge. Located in the Périgord Noir near famous tourist sites and 6 km from Montignac-Lascaux which offers all amenities, this house will seduce you with its tranquility and its green and soothing setting. With its old stones, its architecture, the river that runs through it, its playground for children, the town of Auriac-du-Périgord offers a particularly pleasant setting for family holidays. In July and August, the square under the plane trees comes alive with the gourmet market from 6 [hidden] where you can eat on site in a friendly atmosphere.
