Spacious and bright apartment with two balconies, located on the fourth floor of a building dating back to the โ80s (with elevator) ,a few steps from Pyramid, the Aventino, and at just 500 metres from the Circo Massimo. The apartment is located in the Ostiense neighbourhood. Terme di Caracalla, thermal baths built by the homonymous Emperor as a meeting point for the Romans and now an important archaeological site where cultural events are held and where you can enjoy lovely walks, especially during summer. The neighbourhood is rich in green areas and is well connected to the historical centre.
Taxis, buses, metro line B and trains leading to Ostia seaside stop in the Station Piramide, located just a few steps from the apartment. At 150 metres, in Piazzale dei Partigiani, is a bus stop and the Stazione Ostiense as well, with trains leading to Fiumicino airport and to various cities in the Lazio region.
The building is located outside the ZTL, the Limited Traffic Area of Romeโs city center.
