Positive: I really liked how clean the property was. Everything felt fresh and well maintained, with new appliances throughout. The bed and mattress were very comfortable, which made it easy to rest well. The shower was great, with good water pressure, and having a thermostat to control the temperature was a nice touch. I also loved that the place had a balcony, which made the space feel more open and enjoyable. The host was also very welcoming—he even showed up to introduce himself. He was highly communicative whenever needed and always responded promptly. Truly an exceptional host.
Negative: The only downside was some noise. On my first night, the neighbors upstairs were quite loud. I informed Giorgi the next day, and he immediately addressed the issue by speaking with them. After that, the noise from upstairs completely stopped. There was also some occasional noise from outside, such as cars passing with music or people talking on the phone, but it would usually quiet down later at night.
