There is an open floor plan with a spacious kitchen, dining, and family room. Enjoy details like the Sonos sound system (no TVs throughout this home). Newer stainless steel kitchen appliances, wood stove, light fixtures, and granite slab breakfast bar invite you to make this your home away from home.

The BBQ is only open during the summer. The garage is not for guest use.
This home comes with 2 passes to the Tahoe Donner Trout Creek Recreation Center offering access to a swimming pool, tennis court, and golf course. The outdoor pool is closed for the winter but the lap pool and hot tub are open year round. Each pass allows 4 guests entry, although there is an additional daily guest fee at the time of entry at the Rec Center.
