This 2 level, Southern Utah vacation home sleeps 8 extremely comfortably thanks to the open & stylish floor plan. Privacy is not an issue as this home sits on 4 acres in a quiet, upscale community. The location of this property is only a short drive to shopping, dining, and a great base camp for all of the activities the area has to offer such as the Utah shakespeare festival, Utah Summer Games, or any of the surrounding State and National Parks.

Cleaning fee will be doubled if the home is found in an excessively dirty condition.
We are severely allergic so unfortunately no pets, of any kind including service animals are allowed on the premises due specifically to our health risk. If you are seen or caught on the premises with an animal you will forfeit your
deposit and be asked to leave.
