Positive: - clean, functional. - easy check in and check out. - great location, many restaurants bearby. - nice TV - fast to respond even if weird terms and conditions and some surprises

Negative: We honestly were very surprised and didn’t like a few things : - they add a “deposit” of $1000 that you need to pay out of booking and that was NOT mentioned anywhere in Booking. We had to contact booking to ask them to remove this but it was a lot of back and forth and time consuming!!! It looked like a scam but at the end it wasn’t. We ended up being able to not pay it but this is not okay and a lot of money for the booking and also not mentioned! - check in is at 6pm!! I had never seen this before. They don’t let you store your luggage so you need to pay somewhere else to do it! They are super strict about it and don’t let you enter earlier even if empty. - we booked this place because of the sofa bed as we were 2 but didn’t want to sleep in the same bed, I asked them and they said they don’t give bedsheets or prepare it if less than 3 people (which was never mentioned anywhere!!) after a lot of back and forth and talking to booking they agreed to prepare the sofa bed… - after booking in the message they send they say that if asked in the building say that we are friends of them. This is weird, looks not legal but at the end it seems it is legal and okay. - the apartment is super hot and with lots of noises from inside the apartment, we had to turn on the AC a few times to compensate which is not great! Honestly before going we really wanted to cancel it but the wouldn’t reimburse us! At the end it was a good experience but we didn’t like these surprises at all!!
