Positive: Grace Cottage is a beautiful, spacious unit in an amazing location, which is close to the beach and restaurants. There was plenty of room for us and the beds were comfortable. We could walk to the beach in minutes and the provided chairs and umbrella were so helpful! I do want to mention is that this is the downstairs unit of a house, which was not originally mentioned on Booking.com when I booked our rental. You can easily hear the foot traffic upstairs. Due to this, we requested to be moved and Kalos Dwellings (the rental management company) worked with me every step of the way. They were very attentive and helpful, and also worked with Booking.com to ensure the proper description of this rental is listed. We moved to Saltwater Siesta (also managed by Kalos), which is in the Nature Walk neighborhood a little further away from the beach. This house was immaculate and the perfect house for us! Between the screened in porches, golf cart, and the attention to detail in every area, it was amazing. I was so appreciative of Kalos for working with us and allowing the switch.
