Positive: The staff here are all really helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. Our bathroom included a jacuzzi bath; it was a luxurious size but the jets didn't work. The listing includes a swimming pool and a gym and sauna. The swimming pool was out of action for maintenance, the gym equipment was on site but we couldn't fathom out how to work it and the sauna was switched off. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty. The bed is comfortable. Lots of wardrobe space.

Negative: The hotel doesn't have air-conditioning, therefore I like to open the window for some fresh air in the room. It's good that the window is fitted with some anti mosquito netting, but the dogs in the neighbourhood like to bark a lot during the night. It's not something the hotel can control, but maybe with air-conditioning the windows would stay closed and the sound would be reduced??
