Positive: The location to pigeon forge
Negative: None of the TX’s worked properly None of the fireplaces worked Driveway is very small, cars allowed. Trucks are not advised Too close to neighbors. Neighbors partied all night, walls are not insulated well, we could hear them screaming and their music all night
Summary: It’s an OK, at best, property. Definately not worth the money
