Sand Dollar 14 is located directly on the beach in the heart of Miramar Beach. This beachfront retreat grants you private access to the sugar-white sands. Amenities include three beachfront balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, a grill, and TVs. The interior of Sand Dollar 14 is adorned with coastal designer furniture and art. The kitchen, living area, first-floor bedroom, and third-level king bedroom offer incredible water views. From March to October, we include a daily luxury beach chair setup of two chairs and an oversized umbrella.

Lower Beach Level - Large covered balcony area with steps to the beach. Up to two standard vehicles can park free of charge in uncovered parking, which is 15 feet by 27 feet. Additional parking is available in public lots throughout the area.

*Check-Out – 10 AM (Central) Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.
Each bedroom and living room has an Amazon Fires Stick TV with all major streaming channels. Bring your passwords to access channels like Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc.
We do accept some small dogs with advanced written approval. Please inquire about our pet policy and fees when booking.
Walk to adjoining shops and restaurants, including Pompano Joe’s and Alvin’s Island.
This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property, including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay.
We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. The guest is responsible for purchasing additional items.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs.$300 flat pet fee to be collected post-booking. Dogs must be well trained and less than 50 lbs.
