Positive: It was very clean and very well maintained. Located in the center of the town. The room and the building were relatively new and very very well taken care of.
Negative: The staff... We had some problems in communicating with them. They replied in Bulgarian all the time, even though it was clear we didn't speak this language. They were speaking to us in Bulgarian... Even if we made it clear we don't understand this language. Even in the written communications they replied in Bulgarian and we had to copy-paste what they said in google translate to understand. The customer experience was bad. But I rate them as a full 10 because the property was very clean and very well maintained. I really hope they read this and improve this aspect because the rest of the experience was great.
