Positive: - Spacious room - The room and the common spaces (toilets, kitchen) were very clean - Walking distance to the train and bus station of Kii Tanabe, with supermarkets/restaurants nearby
Negative: - There is a pub/restaurant on the ground floor, so there might be a bit of noise (people talking, but not very loudly) until around 11pm.
Summary: Close to the train and bus station, clean, big room. Recommended!
