Shaded private patio with dining for your personal use. Owners have a private patio on the other side of the house. High-speed WIFI Internet service plus Netflix/Amazon and other options. Cell phone service. Multiple USB ports on bedside tables.
Furnished with: Dishes, pot and skillet, wine opener, utensils, coffee pot, coffee grinder, tea water electric pot, Italian leather electric reclining large sofa, queen size bed and bedding, luxury vinyl flooring, contemporary kitchenette, large refrigerator, new microwave, dishwasher, blow dryer, large color flat screen tv., zone lighting on dimmers. Google speaker for music and Verizon booster for cell phones. No pets are allowed.
We are both fully Covid vaccinated with booster shots and wipe down all surfaces between stays. All bed linens and towels are washed prior to your stay. Solid core doors and added insulation in ceiling and walls for soundproofing. City water. We have been offering vacation rentals since 2012 successfully!
