The upstairs was, at one time, divided into small single rooms, with a chimney and stove for heat. It is now a generous sitting room with television, a large bedroom and wonderful bath. This 1895 historic building built for the Town of Winthropโs founder, Guy Waring, has been remodeled to provide stylish comfort for overnight guests. Located on the boardwalk in downtown Winthrop, you are within walking distance to restaurants, boutiques, gift shopping, wine bars, taprooms and more. The fully air-conditioned living accommodations include the entire second and third floor of this historic building.
