The pool and spa will be heated for your stay. The pool will be heated between 82 and 85 degrees. The spa can be heated with the push of a button upon your arrival.

โ Standard occupancy is 14 guests, and maximum occupancy is 16 guests. Each guest exceeding the standard occupancy will be charged an additional guest fee of $30/night per guest per night.
โ Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee with prior approval.
โ The wood burning fire pit is unavailable for use when burn restrictions are deemed necessary by Maricopa County. All fires are prohibited May 1-September 30.
โ Renter shall not store/park any trailer, boat, mobile home, RV, camper, machinery, equipment, or commercial vehicle on the driveway or street.
โ Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Written approval is required.
