Positive: Everything at the hotel was absolutely amazing, from the moment we arrived the service was incredible and we will definitely be going back every time we are in Istanbul! The staff that greeted us, Enes, Lilas and Emrah were outstanding and wanted to help at every opportunity. We want to thank everyone for such an incredible stay.

Negative: Nothing we didn’t like.
