Summary: Check in was ok , I was checking in with my medical service dog and did email documentation to front staff person ( Cynthia ) . She was ok, could have provided a bit more customer service but perhaps she was at the end of shift . All the other staff people were very kind , helpful and nice . This hotel is dated , rooms ok, but need updates . The dacore is ok . The carpet is ok. The furniture really drab and the pull out couch is awful . I did not use but it looks like something from a garage sale . However , the bed was comfortable and black out shades worked . It was quiet and breakfast was fine ( had some fresh stuff ( eggs , fruit ) . But no plain yogurt . It was free so no major complaints . Lisa( working at breakfast buffet ) was very helpful and a joy to deal with . I made the mistake of not booking the newer Hampton inn (south Naples ) . It’s newer , modern and more Amendies
