Positive: Coffee always available is nice as well as a very nice breakfast with options.
Negative: The bed was super squeaky in room 211 on the right hand side. The carpet was very dirty. Our socks were black from walking on the carpet! The room was very stuffy and we couldn't open the window because the latch to open it was broken.
