Positive: Nice house, well appointed, lovely location, nice views, overall needs a deep clean inside and out! Hot tub was filthy asked to be compensated for lack of use but got NO RESPONSE.
Negative: Very unhappy the hot tub was filthy and unusable for our stay. The entire area around the hot tub needs cleaned of debris and hosed down. I asked repeatedly to be compensated with no response. The windows and screens are dirty, ruining the nice views! The outside steps and entry courtyard needs to be washed down. We had to rewash glasses knives and silverware before using. Carpet in the dinning room and living room was filthy. The garage floor was so dirty and sticky and you can not avoid tracking the dirt.
Summary: For the price, needs to be deep cleaned inside and out.
