Positive: I loved the thoughtful breakfast and the sweet hosts. We loved the jacuzzi after coming back from a drive. We didn’t hesitate to spend time relaxing here. Coffee capsules and the coffee machine were maintained, the area itself is beautiful and smells good since it is surrounded by jasmine trees, forest and breeze. The garden and patio were pleasant. Great for taking the car and exploring outside of Nice (Èze, the coast, Préalpes d’Azur…), but not relevant for the city center. I guess that’s the point though.
Negative: Maneuvering around is a bit cumbersome. There are tight spaces around the bed, no real space to sit and eat apart from the couch, no place to comfortably lay or spread suitcases. Tight spaces in general, especially the toilet, hallway, entrance, and bedroom. One of the glass panel slide walls/windows was missing due to a recent earthquake and as a result the living room was infested by tens of beetles, worms, and mosquitoes (end of May) so we had to keep our bedroom door shut all day to maintain hygiene. As a result, the bedroom was always moist and hinting of a moldy smell (1.5/10 moldy smell). Could be simply due to the earthquake fiasco.
