Positive: A short walk from Ikebukuro Station; absolutely great staff, very helpful, and communication was always easy and efficient; the room was quite a bit bigger than in your typical comparable (or 'business') hotel, everything was clean and worked flawlessly. Definitely among the very best value for money, I stayed at, in Tokyo, just superb :]
