Positive: The B&B is in a fantastic location on the Lysefjord, just above the tiny village of Lyse. It's a collection of small buildings typical of rural Norwegian areas, and the interiors are new and meticulously maintained. Even the relaxation areas are unique and themed around local activities. Although the room size is stated to be small compared to hotel rooms, there's no sense of cramped accommodation, thanks in part to the large window that lets plenty of light into the entire room. The bathroom is very large, new, functional, and spotlessly clean, with resin surfaces and colors that reflect the natural surroundings. The management is particularly friendly and professional. It's quite expensive, even by Norwegian standards, but it's the only outpost in the area with an ensuite bathroom, breakfast, etc., to catch the ferry across the fjord. For dinner, you can find something edible 2.2km downstream (until around 8:00 PM), and it's a lovely walk, weather permitting.
