Positive: Good location, the views from the windows were great and the ski slopes were 7 minutes by car.
Negative: Too many warning notes for following the rules. I mean, it is expected that people with a minimum of education follow them so no need to threaten them with 20 euros fines in case of doing something wrong, specially if you are offering a bit more than a roof and 4 walls.
