Summary: What a PITA! No human being at the front desk. Had to check in by kiosk. Wnanted 2 keys, got one for a room on the 2nd floor. Second floor was being renovated; bathroom plumbing wasn't completed in the room. Finally a human being was contacted to get a room on the main floor. No ice bucket, no kleenex, body wash and hand soap mbut no shampoo. No continental breakfast. Hot tub was good. Pool was freezing. DON'T BOOK ROOMS UNLESS YOU CAN ACCOMMODATE.
