Summary: Very underwhelming and it’s advertised much better than it actually is. During our 4 night stay they hosted 1 wedding, a birthday party and 2 corporate events. During this time we couldn’t use a lot of the facilities - so don’t think you’ll be getting access to the beach club whenever you want, or other amenities for that matter. Unfortunately it was the service that was the worst part. The beach club waiter was flat out rude and the reception/ management did nothing after our complaints - they really don’t care. We left with a pretty ill feeling towards the hotel which wasn’t what we expected when paying £600 a night. Really not worth the price tag - just avoid!
