Positive: The staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating. They are pleasant and are very available. It feels cared for and they take pride in their care. Even housekeeping and the gardeners are friendly. It is simple and clean and with that bit of extra care, it really can feel like a home away from home. We had to stay for over a week and had lots of special requests. They cheerfully accommodated. The restaurant is well priced and the food is fresh.

Negative: More variety in the menu would be great. It would also be nice if there was more lighting on the street outside the property. It’s a bit removed so walking down this residential street at night can feel a bit daunting. You can take a taxi and they will happily book them and bill it to your room though. The swimming area is a bit rocky so wear something on your feet in the water. And there is an area quite near where people go to the beach and some party quite late. But High Life itself is so quiet.
