Summary: It wasn’t the fault of Hillside and Judy did a great job with updates but when we arrived at 8:30 pm that was no power. We used a flashlight in our car but was have with kids. Toilet paper rack was off and needs repair. We only had 2 towels for 4 people all weekend. Also the room needs a deep cleaning- baseboards in all rooms were dirty, behind stand up mirror filthy, tub had sand in bottom, floors were gritty. I made the kids shower because the tub was too dirty to use. Decor was nice and Judy was kind but I don’t think we would stay there again. Beds are VERY hard. Kids slept fine but both my husband and I thought it was 2 rough nights of sleep. We are used to 4-5 star hotels so maybe we are being too picky?! We ran out of toilet paper as well and used tissues. Judy said we would get 10% discount back from power outage. It’s appreciated. Thank you
