Positive: The hotel is in a perfect spot Luas station just outside. The rooms are excellent as you'd expect from a Hilton

Negative: I'm an ex Hilton staff member and front of house standards have dropped so much from my time. The bar experience was terrible. No acknowledgement from the bar man as I entered the bar. My partner asked for several versions of rum none of which where available and the bar man couldn't make some cocktails as he didn't have the ingredients. I requested an Old Fashioned and he went to use Jamieson until I intervened. At the price being charged it would have been flat and just meh!! Also the bartender was wearing black sketcher trainers. The drink wasn't set on a coaster onto the bar, so brand standards have gone out the window. Given the setting also and it's look the bar staff member was wearing a black pair of sketcher trainers, overall just not impressed at all with the bar.

Summary: Needs to be better.
