Positive: Really nice rooms and facilities.

Negative: They weren’t able to accommodate any of our requests. We stayed there a single night and there were two unexplained false fire alarms that they weren’t able to provide any explanation for. There was a single concierge left in the hotel for the night who (not out of any fault of his) wasn’t able to answer any of our questions, giving the impression that the hotel is very poorly staffed for the night - especially for the price. We were barely able to sleep after that, expecting a third alarm to sound. A bit of a walk from the city centre.
