This detached wooden house in the countryside is near Lake Lagmanshaga, whose long sandy beach invites you to go swimming in the summer and ice fishing or skating during the wintertime. There is a forest on the doorstep for gathering mushrooms and berries, or you can go jogging or take a walk.
The ground floor of around 87m² consists of a spacious entrance area with cloakroom space, a fully-equipped kitchen with a wood-burning stove, a stove with an oven, a microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge/freezer and a large dining table, a small bedroom with a bunk bed, a large bedroom with a double bed, cupboards and a tiled fireplace stove, a reading room with an open fireplace, a laundry room with a washing machine and sink, a spacious sauna, a storage room, a bathroom with a toilet, washbasin and large shower. The upper floor of around 87m² consists of a large living room with a wood-burning stove, a TV, seating and a sofa bed, a toilet with a washbasin, a large bedroom with a double bed, cupboard and single bed, a large bedroom with a double bed, cupboards and seating. Kitchen towels, dish-washing detergent, bed linen, and towels are included. Beach towels are not included.
The terrace provides garden furniture and has an adjoining little grill hut with a charcoal grill.
