Charming Stonehouse with Pool and beautiful Garden in the very heart of Istria
This detached stone house is located in the very heart of Istria, in a tranquil setting near the medieval town of Roč. Beautiful nature and relaxing ambience, as well as delicious food and wine, are some of the highlights of this area.
The ground floor is about 90 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: a fully equipped kitchen with dining and living area (43 m²), 3 bedrooms, bathroom, pantry and guest toilet. The whole property is serviced with central heating system.

The nearest bigger city with all facilities one might need is at 9 km from the house (Buzet). There you can find supermarkets, bank, post office, doctor, pharmacy, train station, bus station, restaurants and bars, clubs.
This area is famous for its local gastronomy and first-class wine and olive oil. Have you ever tried "Istrian Truffles"? The queen of mushrooms - a truffle - has its natural habitat in the Buzet area. You can't make a mistake when eating out all over the region of Central Istria.
