Positive: Check in and check out was very easy. Have had good experiences mostly at the restaurant. Although my husband had breakfast there this morning at the buffet and it was luke warm. Also the price of a coffee - $4.50 really?

Negative: I didn't like that the toilet clogged up. The positive part was someone came very quickly to get it cleared. Did not like that the hall alarm went off at 4:00 a.m. Had to walk down 14 flights of stairs. My husband has issues walking so this was a bit awkward. Did not really hear what the issue was but apparently there was no fire. Thankfully we were able to go back up on the elevator. I was told there was a "medical discount" yet when I checked the price online (with IHG), the price was lower. When I mentioned this directly to the hotel they did not offer to match or lower the price.

Summary: We both had dental surgery and the clinic was close by.
