Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very accessible to everything you need in the Central of Cebu city.

Negative: Where we stay on 17t floor at Horizon 101 is so noisy the aircon plus the outside concert at Jones Avenue is a hit let down of the place. The elevator if you not a guest no chance to come to different floor of the building that’s good thing if ever for safety reason.

Summary: Straight noice badly maintain.
