Positive: The staff were amazing, particular mention for Milan who was brilliant helping us with everything from arranging safaris to trips into town and local museums, nothing was too much trouble. And Dipa who always had a radiant smile and warm welcome at meal times. The hotel is in a great location and the food particularly dinner was excellent
