The staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile, which created a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. I also appreciated the flexibility of the reception desk — opening earlier than expected for early check-in and staying available after hours, which proved incredibly convenient. The room itself was a pleasant surprise. Much larger than anticipated, it featured a comfortable double bed alongside two single beds, offering plenty of space to relax. Everything was spotless, fresh-smelling, and clearly well cared for, which added greatly to my overall comfort. Hotel Avenida combines efficiency with comfort in a way that few hotels manage to achieve. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting the area who values excellent service, spacious accommodations, and attention to detail.
