Summary: We had a very nice stay in the hotel. Especially the staff at the reception was friendly and helpful, always took good care and answered to our questions promptly. As a somewhat not-so-good side was the noise of the trams that started to rattle at the crack of dawn. The first couple of nights was actually difficult to sleep properly even if I wore earplugs.
