Positive: The location is perfect. The staff are very friendly. The room was cleaned daily. It's a quirky hotel, and I loved the staircase, and it's connection with Pinocchio. The little cakes for breakfast were delicious.
Negative: The size of the breakfast room. It was very small and cramped at times. Even though I loved the cakes, and the coffee was perfect, the rest of the food was just adequate. I was disappointed with the bread still in its wrapping from the supermarket. There was a tray with meat and cheese, but nothing to go with it, like tomatoes or cucumber. There was another empty tray with a lid, so I'm assuming there would have been something else to go there. The only other let down was the hairdryer. There's no way you can style your hair. The nozzle gets red hot and hard to handle. It just blasts air like a hand dryer.
