Positive: The staff was friendly and very helpful.
Negative: But the hotel itself has seen better times; outdated, older paint. We upgraded to a room downstairs because my wife could not climb stairs, but the quality is not worth paying the extra cost: small room, bed not so comfortable. Also, the cappuchino was not capucchino: it was more like chocolate milk. The gluten free bread was, however, excellent!
Summary: Not as good as we had looked forward to.
