Summary: The staff is beyond excellent. The location is excellent. Unfortunately the hotel is showing signs of age: cracked tiles all over the bathroom, no water pressure in the bathroom, toilet doesn't flush properly. There was an ironing board but no iron. It is beautifully decorated but some things don't work. Our bedside lamp had no electrical plug to plug it into. It looks great in pictures but not a top notch hotel.
