Positive: The staff at this family run hotel was terrific. Multi-lingual, helpful getting oriented. And the hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. The room was small but very cute. The bathroom had a good sized shower which was nice. The location is perfectly close to everything. Nice little restaurant right downstairs. Very safe and friendly street. There was even a mysterious cowboy riding his beautiful horse right down the street! He apparently is a thing.

Negative: The elevator was being updated the week we were there. But other than that, it was great.

Summary: Great small hotel near train station in Florence.
