Positive: Location and also quite clean. Breakfast was okay, dinner was okayish...

Negative: They have very strict rules. You are not allowed to take your coffee away from breakfast; they tell you to go to the lobby and buy takeaway coffee instead. One day, the coffee machine was not working, and they said, “Here is hot water and Nescafé.” That might be acceptable for some people. After we complained, they gave us two coffees from the lobby “for free” — wow. In the kids’ club, we later learned that one staff member made our two children clean up the entire room by themselves. After that, our kids said, “We don’t want to go there anymore. Whatever the other kids do, we are the ones who have to clean.” Overall: 2/5. I would never stay here again.
