Positive: I stayed here in December 2025, arriving by car at night. Finding the hotel was difficult — there was no clear signage, and the area was completely dark, so I had to rely only on the car headlights for quite a while before reaching it. Parking was available, which was a plus. At reception, communication was difficult. The receptionist struggled with English beyond memorised phrases and had trouble understanding simple questions. It took several attempts to clarify the price in Czech koruna, which I needed only to top up the exact amount on my card, as I was just passing through the country and didn’t want to exchange more currency than necessary. I was also given the wrong room number, which resulted in me briefly opening an occupied room by mistake — an uncomfortable situation that could have been avoided. The corridor on the room floor had a strong, stale smell, as if it hadn’t been aired. The room itself was spacious, warm (the heating worked well), and clean, as was the bathroom, although everything felt a bit dated. In the morning, getting breakfast was confusing. The breakfast area was a long walk through the hotel, and when I arrived there was no staff present, no visible coffee or food, and no indication of how to order. With no one around, I went back to my room and left. Overall, the hotel wasn’t terrible, but the experience wasn’t pleasant or smooth, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
