Positive: The hotel looks incredibly charming from the outside, though it would really benefit from some exterior lighting — we actually missed it at first because we arrived at night, in the rain. Carrying our luggage in complete darkness was a bit uncomfortable. The apartment itself was lovely and very clean. I would have appreciated a different type of coffee machine, though — pod-based machines tend to be much more convenient (Dolce Gusto, Nespresso, etc). A few extra amenities would have also made the stay even better, such as liquid hand soap in the bathroom and at least a small coffee supply, especially since we stayed for three nights. Having just enough for the first morning would have helped us get settled. For families traveling with small children, it’s worth noting that the bedroom furniture is not secured to the walls. Overall, it’s a charming place with great potential, and with a few small improvements it could be an excellent stay.
