Travel Purpose: business
Positive: The location of the hotel is excellent and the price was very reasonable considering the heritage premium area it was located in. It was clean and the staff was very polite and accommodating to requests to make the room more comfortable.
Negative: The hotel room is small and not much room for a chair or table if you want to stay in and have a meal. Also it was two stories of stairs to the entrance with no lifts so those who have people with them who cannot climb it becomes difficult, especially in hot weather.
Summary: I had a lovely stay and would definitely consider staying there again based on my experience.
