Treat yourself with much needed getaway and book this opulent villa while still available!Experience absolute solitude and peace in this little corner of heaven, Villa for up to 8 persons on the island of Žižanj. The Island of Žižanj has no ferry connection to the mainland / other islands, and it is not accessible by car. The villa is detached from towns and villages. There are no settlements with shops, bars and restaurants on this island, there are no roads, nor ferry ports, just holiday houses visited by people seeking ultimate relaxation through returning to the simple pleasures of life. The island is only accessed by private ships. There is only one simple fisherman restaurant on the other side of this island. The villa is placed on a 47.500m of a private olive grow on the far cape of the island Žižanj. All the three bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with shower. The villa has floor heating and can be rented the whole year long. The pool is filled with sea water, surrounded with sun lounges. There is also a huge BBQ by the pool. A fantastic sea view spreads from the villa, pool and entire garden. The electricity and the fresh water are here prevailingly supplied from sustainable sources. The water sources are rainwater and desalination of sea water. The reservoir is underground and stores 200,000 litres of water. The water is filtered and is drinkable throughout the facility. During dry periods, through desalinization 7,000 litres of water are produced per day. Warm water is obtained from solar collectors and stored in a boiler of 800 litres. The current in the building is 230 V. The system is solar 15 kW, photovoltaic cells charge special accumulators from which 48 V is transformed into a 230 V system. Only for a case of power failure, there is a generator with a power of 33 kWh. A free boat transfer from Biograd to the island is included upon the first reserved day, and back on the last reserved day. Additional transfers are negotiable, the price is 400 EUR tour-retour. Safe parking place for your car is organised in Biograd na Moru. One pet per guest group is welcome here. No further charges would occur. More then one pet is not allowed. There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat driving license for open waters). For stays during the olive picking season - September, November: During this season the property is not exclusive. If you take part in picking, you may partake in the free lunch for pickers as well.
