This four-bedroom, three-bath home sleeps 10 and is perfect for the entire family. With its proximity to the beach, steps from the pool and tennis court – there is tons of fun for everyone!
When entering this home, you are greeted with an airy and bright foyer. To the left the renovated kitchen with amazing appliances welcomes you. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for your vacation cooking. From the kitchen, you are led into the large dining space, complete with seating for ten. Need more room? Do not fret! There is additional seating for six on the outdoor patio. Do not feel like cooking inside? Use the gas grill complete with a tank of propane for your convenience. There are even comfortable chaise lounge chairs to lay out on while waiting for your burger!
The living room has a large sectional couch, two comfortable chairs, and a flat screen smart tv mounted to the wall. The first bedroom is located on the main floor with a king bed, a flat screen tv, and a spacious bathroom. There is also access to the front courtyard via a sliding door.
As you walk up the stairs the second floor contains the master suite and the two remaining guest rooms. The master suite is complete with a king bed, a large smart flat screen tv, a private balcony, and a gorgeous bathroom. The first upstairs guest room has a queen bed and twin trundle with a flat screen tv. The second guest room has two queen beds, a flat-screen tv, and even an extra twin mattress - located in the large walk-in closet. Both guest rooms share a bathroom, complete with a shower/tub combination.
