On the second floor, two steps down, you'll find a large room taken from the old barn, furnished simply with tables, suitable for children to play in when it's raining, 1 bedroom with 2 beds featuring an old bread oven and access to the outside, 1 bathroom with shower, bathtub and double washbasin, a laundry room with washing machine. A wooden staircase leads to the second floor (also accessible from outside via the old staircase), comprising a well-equipped kitchen/dining room with old stone sink, living room with TV, 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, 1 twin-bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower.

The house is part of an important Tuscan estate that has belonged to the current owners' family since 1637. The farm is a large wildlife reserve, so it's normal to catch roe deer, fallow deer and other wildlife grazing peacefully in the meadows. The view overlooks the cultivated countryside and the large fenced park that surrounds the estate.
