Bright and comfortable 90mq apartment for 4 people, on the first floor of a single house in a quiet and peaceful area, 5 minutes by car from the center of Como and its lake, with a large garden and private parking for two cars.
The apartment, with a splendid view of Lake Como, consists of an entrance hall, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds), bathroom with shower, balcony equipped with table and chairs for a romantic dinner at sunset.
The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, espresso machine, moka pot for coffee, refrigerator and a small freezer. Both bed linen and towels are provided.
Guests can use the large private garden equipped with sun loungers, umbrella, shaded gazebo with table and chairs.
