With wonderful sunroom/dining area with access to a small deck. It is the perfect cabin for spending time with families, evening campfires, games around the warm stove and the marvelous landscape and wildlife.Awesome full deck along the side of the home (access at living room) with a view of the pond! Lower level offers walk-out to a nice patio. Custom shower with decorative rock walls for some extra โcabin charmโ. Its a Chance for Peace & Tranquility. The essence of a hideaway.
*3 Night Min Needed over summer & Holiday Weekends
* You will want to bring sheets, towels, & pillowcases
* There is a propane tank at cabin for grill. If it gets low or runs out you can swap in town at gas station...or you can bring your own from home.
*AbsolutelyNo Hiking or Trespassing is allowed on adjoining property & trails
*Just added $3000 of fish and currently deepening, cleaning out, and doing habitat improvement to the Large Pond.
* Firewood can be purchased down the road at Upper Iowa Resort or you can bring your own
*Beach & Swimming area coming summer 2023
