Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The staff was helpfull when I did encounter problems.

Negative: It was so packed with tournaments and a Pokémon convention i dont believe the staff was equipped with enough information. I had issues with my parking. Then when check out came there wasnt any carts. I do believe the staff did they best they could.
